  of Mint leaves

  of London Dry Gin
• 1
  oz
  of Lemon juice
• 0.5
  oz
  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 0
  Top up with
  of Soda Water

Steps

• Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into (empty) chilled glass. TOP with soda.
