  of London Dry Gin
• 1
  oz
  of Lemon juice

  oz
  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 0
  Top up with
  of Brut Champagne

Steps

• Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with a splash of champagne.
