Very likely the work of Sloppy Joe's bartender Fabio Delgado Fuentes, who invented 33 drinksat Joe's starting in the 1940's. In an interview shot by filmmaker William Knight shortly before Fabio's death in 2004, the cantinero doesn't mention this drink, but he does say he invented a "special Martini" for Flynn -- a recipe that has yet to surface.
