  of Lime juice
• 0.5
  oz
  of Pineapple juice
• 0.25
  oz
  of Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
• 1
  dash
  of Grenadine syrup
• 0.5
  oz
  of Falernum liqueur
• 1.5
  oz
  of Blended Aged Rum
• 1
  dash
  of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Steps

• Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and a few small cubes. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a footed pilsner glass. Garnish with lime wedge speared with cocktail umbrella.
