  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water

  of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

  of Egg
  (egg white)
  (optional)
• 0.5

  of Claret red wine

Steps

• SHAKE all but red wine with ice and strain ice-filled glass. DRIZZLE red wine around the surface of the drink.
