  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water

  of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

  of Egg
  (egg white)

Steps

• SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
