  of White caster sugar
• 2
  oz
  of Genever (Dutch/Holland Gin)
• 1
  piece(s)
  of Egg
  (yolk)
• Top Up
  with Water
  (boiling)
• 1
  dash
  of Freshly grated nutmeg

Steps

• Heat a medium bar-glass.
• Dissolve the sugar in a little hot water, add the gin and egg, shake up thoroughly, pour into a medium bar glass, and fill it up half full with boiling water.
• Grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve
