  of Lemon juice

  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 3
  dash
  of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 0.5
  oz
  of Egg
  (egg white)

Steps

• SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
