  of White Rum
• 0.5
  oz
  of Lime juice
• 1
  barspoon
  of White caster sugar

Steps

• "Throw" ingredients between two mixing cups, one of which you've filled with ice (use a strainer over the ice-filled cup when tossing from it into the empty cup). Repeat until well-chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
