  of Italian red bitter liqueur

  of Lemon juice

  oz
  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 1.5
  oz
  of Cognac

Steps

• STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Warm cognac in a metal ladle and ignite before pouring (from a height) as a flaming stream into the glass already containing other ingredients. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION!
