  of Cynar or other carciofo amaro

  of Lemon juice

  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water

Steps

• Place 2 thin orange slices in shaker (no need to muddle). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
