Ingredients

  oz
  of Overproof pot still rum
• 1
  Bar Spoon
  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 0.5
  oz
  of Apple juice
• 2
  dash
  of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Steps

• STIR half of the rum, sugar syrup and bitters with two ice cubes in glass. Add rest of rum, another couple of ice cubes and STIR again. Fill glass with ice and STIR again. Finally FLOAT apple juice.
