A lovely and delicious twist on a Jamaican Christmas tradition.

Ingredients

• 2
  oz
  of Soda Water
• 0.5
  oz
  of Lime juice
• 1
  oz
  of Hibiscus Liqueur
• 0.3
  oz
  of Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
• 1.5
  oz
  of Blended Aged Rum
  (use Jamaican )

Steps

• Add the seltzer to a Collins or highball glass.
• Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
• Fill with cracked or cubed ice.
• Shake and double-strain into the glass.
• Carefully add cracked or cubed ice in the glass and garnish.
