Ingredients

  oz
  of Lime juice
• 0.5
  oz
  of Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
• 0.5
  oz
  of Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
• 0.25
  oz
  of Allspice (Pimento) dram liqueur
• 1
  oz
  of Blended Aged Rum
• 1
  oz
  of Dark Overproof Rum
• 1
  dash
  of Herbstura
• 1
  dash
  of Freshly grated nutmeg

Steps

• Add all the ingredients to a Collins or highball glass, then add crushed ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
• Use a bar spoon or lele to swizzle.
• Top up with additional crushed ice as needed to fill the glass and garnish.
