From Pat O'Brien's restaurant, New Orleans, Louisiana, circa 1960s. Although Pat O'Brien's is not a Polynesian restaurant, its Hurricane was widely copied by tiki bars from coast to coast. Pat had the last laugh because his place is still here today.
