16oz(Jamaican)

12ozof Cognac

4oz

16ozof Water

8ozof Green Tea(fresh brewed)

4ozof Lime juice
-
4ozof Guava juice

4oz

1dash(to taste)
Steps
- Place sugar and guava in a small punch bowl. Brew 8 oz of green tea, then pour hot tea over sugar and juice. Whisk until both have liquefied. Add lime juice, cognac, Medeira, rum and water, let mixture cool. At serving time, add a block of ice and grate a little nutmeg on top. Serves six to eight.
