By Don the Beachcomber who's bartenders spent a lot of their time sculpting ice into fancy forms. It was a big hit with the customers, who delighted in receiving their drinks "sleeping in a cove of ice."

0.25barspoonof Pernod anise(1/8 teaspoon)
Steps
- Blend for 5 seconds with 2 oz of crushed ice.
- Strain into cocktail glass, or into saucer champagne glass with ice shell forming hood over glass.
