Named for the beautiful waters on the leeward side of Martinique, this cocktail uses cane AOC Martinique rhum agricole in a contemporary stirred cocktail where all the ingredients have grassy or herbaceous notes.

Ingredients

  of Green Chartreuse liqueur
• 0.25
  oz
  of Drambuie liqueur
• 2
  oz
  of Rhum Agricole Blanc
• 1
  piece(s)
  of Lemon
  (twist)
  (optional)

Steps

• Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with cracked or cubed ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Add garnish.
