Laird's Applejack is an apple brandy made by Laird & Company, the oldest licensed distillery in America. It sometimes goes by the name of Jersey Lightning.

Ingredients

• 1
  oz
  of Spiced Rum
• 0.75
  oz
  of Applejack Brandy
• 0.25
  oz
  of Demerara Rum
• 4
  barspoon
  of Lemon juice
  (1 tsp)
• 2
  dash
  of Peychaud's bitters

Steps

• Stir all ingredients over ice, and strain into punch glass.
• Twist an orange rind over the top to expel the oils, and discard.
• Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
