Steps
- Dissolve sugar in lemon juice at bottom of a large goblet or double Old Fashioned glass.
- Add cognac, Madeira and water.
- Add large ice cubes and stir to chill.
- Coil lemon peel inside the glass.
- Grate nutmeg on top.
