Steps
- ROLL (turn shaker over repeatedly rather than shake) all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- To make paste, blend:
- 1 can of La Costena Chipotle Chilli in Adobo Sauce
- 2 large bunches of fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 100ml Agavero tequila liqueur
- 500ml Worcestershire sauce
