  of Freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice

  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 0.5
  oz
  of Egg
  (egg white)
  (optional)
• 0
  Top up with
  of Soda Water

Steps

• SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (no ice in glass). TOP with soda dispensed from a siphon.
