Ingredients

  of London Dry Gin
• 1.5
  oz
  of Soda Water
• 0.5
  oz
  of Lime (fresh fruit)
  (juice)
• 1
  barspoon
  of Powdered sugar
• 10
  piece(s)
  of Mint leaves

Steps

• Place mint, sugar and lime juice in a Collins glass. Muddle. Fill with crushed ice, add gin and stir to chill. Top with soda. Garnish with a bushy mint sprig and the spiral-cut peel of one whole lime placed in the glass, placed in glass "Horse's Neck" style (caballito is Spanish for "little horse").
