  of Mint leaves

  of Pernod anise

  of Lime juice

  of Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
• 0
  Top up with
  of Soda Water

Steps

• Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in glass. Fill glass with crushed ice, add other ingredients. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
